We utilize the internet as our primary advertisement tool for ALL our available rentals.
Paragon Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
We are a member of the Bay East Association of Realtors. Listings are entered first into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to expose your property to licensed realtors who may be working with renters. Each MLS listing allows up to 9 photographs, detailed remarks, and property feature lists.
Once entered into the MLS, your property listing is automatically distributed to the following websites:
- Realtor.com
- Nor Cal MLS Alliance
- Bay East Association of Realtors
- and over 100 realtor IDX sites
It is also automatically downloaded to www.NorCalRealty.us, which further distributes the listing to web services including:
- GoogleBase
- Homescape (Beta)
- Oodle
- PropSmart (Beta
- Trulia
- Vast
- Zillow (Beta)
CRAIGSLIST
After entering your rental listing into the MLS, a full-color listing is entered into Craigslist. We receive 90% of our rental inquiries from our Craigslist advertisements. These are reposted every 7-days per Craigslist guidelines until the property has rented.
SIGNS
The NorCal Realty “For Rent” sign is posted on our rental properties for drive by exposure.
MLS multi-up listings are printed and posted in our lobby. They are updated every other week, or as changes occur.
